At Lunara Salon, we value our clients’ time as well as our own. To provide the best experience for everyone, we have the following cancellation policy in place:

• Cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will require a payment of 50% of the scheduled service price.

• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service price.

We understand that emergencies happen, and we will do our best to accommodate exceptional circumstances. However, respecting this policy allows us to manage our schedule effectively and continue providing high-quality service to all of our clients.
